"Real Testimonials"

I have always wondered about the testimonial letters that are signed, JC from Atlanta, or some other unverifiable identification. So, since most of my business is created by customer referrals I wanted to make sure that the letters I get from my customers are verifiable. So at the bottom of each letter is the customers name and the school they work for (or other business) and they have agreed to be contacted should someone choose to do so. These testimonials are from 2008-2015.

We tried to refinance for a few years but couldn't due to the economy and home values. I called lenders about every four months or so to see if there were any programs that could help us and it always came down to home value. After speaking with a friend that is an appraiser and figuring out that our value was finally in the ball park I began dealing with a mortgage company. They slowly (over a few days) presented me with some numbers that were better than what we had but still not as low as I thought we could get based on current rates. My in-laws had just refinanced for a second time through Jim and suggested that I contact him. From the first time I talked to him I was extremely impressed not only with his customer service skills but with his knowledge and honesty. I did not tell him what the other company was offering and he actually told me he didn't want or need to know that information. He came back with a lower interest rate and lender paid PMI which lowered our payment an additional $200 from the other offer on the table. From start to finish Jim was a top notch guy who I would definitely do business with again in the future. It’s rare in today’s society to find anyone that truly cares and my wife and I know that Jim truly cared about getting our refinance handled in the quickest and easiest fashion possible. He did all of the work that he could possibly do so that we didn't have to take time out of our busy days to handle anything. I cannot stress enough how much we appreciate that hard work and dedication that Jim put into our refinance. As long as Jim is in the business we will never use anyone else.

We were initially referred by our Realtor to Jim and several other brokers/lenders once we finalized the bid on our new home. When we spoke to the other brokers, they did not give us a sense of actually “caring” about our purchase and what it meant for our family, but more or less our dollars and cents.
We recognize that getting loans for folks is how mortgage brokers and lenders make their money. A few months ago I tried refinancing my mortgage and was told that it could NOT be done.  I received an email from a teacher that said she had refinanced with
Jim Clemente at Sunview Mortgage so I thought I would give him a call.  After listening to our situation, he understood why the other lender could not help us, but believed he could.  We just closed on our refinance and because of the extra effort that Jim put into our loan, we are saving over $450.00 per month on our
mortgage!  This is incredible considering we were already told "NO" by another lender!

For anyone, especially teachers, considering a refinance or purchase of a home, you need to contact Jim Clemente with Sunview Mortgage.  He has the knowledge, skills, and understanding of the business to get things done.  We started working with Bank of America in November of 2012.  In January 2013, 
Bank of America told me that they were having trouble getting Greentree to subordinate our 2nd mortgage with them.  They continued to try.  In February, I went into a Wells Fargo asking for help and was basically told if Bank of America couldn't do it, then they couldn't either.  In March, a friend of mine at another school sent out an email recommending Jim Clemente with Sunview Mortgage, so I sent him an email with the details of our issue.  He knew exactly why Bank of America was having a hard time and knew the mistake they were making.  My husband and I met with Jim within the week, and we closed on the loan within the month.  After trying to refinance for four months with Bank of America, I was impressed that Jim got it done in less than a month.  Beyond having the knowledge to do things others could not, he was also very helpful and explanatory.  He is super easy to work, and I highly recommend him to others.

I had been thinking about refinancing for almost a year, but I kept putting it off and almost missed a great opportunity to refinance before the
laws changed.  When I called Jim and told him I needed to refinance as soon as possible, he was surprisingly responsive and worked to get our loan

 My wife and I had been trying for months to get our house refinanced. We kept running into brick walls everywhere we turned. So I decided

Last week we refinanced using Jim Clemente, the person Holly used a few
months back. He worked harder for me than anyone
else I have ever used for a loan of any type.  He truly has the best
interest of the client in mind. He is fanatical about details and making
sure you and him are on the same page at all times.  If you are even halfway
considering refinancing it is worth giving him a call.  I felt we would be
upside down too much to be able to refinance but with the interest rates so low I
figured I would take a chance.  Very glad I did.  My original loan was at
5.5% for 30 yrs.  I am now in a 15 year loan at 2.85%--my payment went up $49
a month...but we are saving over $211,000 by dropping 11 years of the original
loan!!!  Again I almost did not call him, but after Holly put that out, I
figured all I had to lose was $450 on an appraisal...so much for that
thought!!!  Give him a call you may be surprised like I was!

We received this email the week before Christmas break and I didn't pay much attention to it.  Over the break, I looked at it, thought "What the heck?" and I will give him a call.   He was amazing!!!!  We just closed on our loan yesterday and he saved us $323/month on our mortgage with NO
APPRAISAL.   He is so family orientated and kid friendly.  We had to take
Brody when we met him and he had stuff for him to do and even let him "sign" some of the paperwork. When we closed yesterday, he met us halfway with the lawyer, after school, to accommodate where we lived.
If you are thinking of refinancing your house and didn't know the right steps, at least give him a call and see what he can do for you.

I’m typically not known as someone who doles out a lot of endorsements or testimonials, yet, when I come across an exceptional experience, I absolutely want to share it with the world.  You see, my wife and I just recently purchased a fantastic home; however, the process was not without its share of obstacles.  To a large degree, these challenges are merely a part of the world that we live in these days.  The lending process will make you work and wear you out.  Thankfully, we had Jim Clemente in our corner.  He absolutely crushed it. After many disheartening and failed attempts of trying to refi my LPMI (Lender Paid Mortgage Insurance) loan held at a very large bank, I was about ready to give up and throw in the towel for good.  Then my wife, a teacher at Holcomb Bridge Middle School, forwarded an email to me that had come across her computer.  All I read in that email were two words "REFINANCE and LPMI."  I figured I'd give Jim a call- 'why not, I could be disappointed again;' however, it was the best decision I've made in a long time!

Jim was able to do what no one else has been able to do- refi my LPMI mortgage on my primary mortgage.  Jim was honest and up front with us at all levels.  He provided feedback that ensured we were selecting the best option for our situation.  We also have a rental that we wanted to refi, but after talking with Jim, he was up front and advised that we not do it from a "numbers" perspective.  

Thanks to Jim for his many hours of work on our refi.  As we have been doing, we will continue to recommend Jim to our neighbors, friends, family, or anyone else that mentions they are interested in a mortgage.

Is this guy legit? This is what I asked myself when I received these emails until I saw one of my colleague’s comments at the bottom of his email. I contacted Jim to discuss a refinance on my house. He began our interaction with a conversation where he really listened to my needs and concerns. He then incorporated everything we discussed into a thoughtful, comprehensive strategy. He educated me about an option that I didn’t even know existed, an FHA streamline refinance. Jim is an articulate and global thinker. He explained everything very simply without making me feel simple. He answered all of my questions and was always available and responsive when I reached out to him (which was rare because he constantly kept me in the loop all the way through the process). Jim Clemente understands teachers!  He has worked with enough of us to appreciate what we go through and how this lack-luster economy has affected us.  Specifically, Jim helped my husband and me with re-financing our home.  He provided options, unaware to us, that are available for teachers and government employees.

 Jim took the time to explain (and re-explain, on several occasions) the details of the re-fi, how it would affect our monthly and long-term payments, and many of the benefits that we had not considered.  Yes, the loan process required us to provide a good deal of information, but Jim helped us to understand what was required and why it was needed.

But here’s one thing that you need to know: Jim is responsive - highly responsive.  He returned our calls as late as 7:00pm in the evening, from his home.  He even met with us on a Saturday to better accommodate our schedule.  This incredibly personal level of customer service is the reason we are writing this recommendation.  Jim was our true advocate during the re-fi process.

From the moment Jim called me, I felt a sense of honesty and security. The bond he built through our first conversation was AMAZING. I am a teacher in Fulton County and recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jim Clemente to refinance my mortgages into one consolidated loan. I was able to consolidate my 1st and 2nd for a very low fixed rate and save $130 on my mortgage a month. Being a special education teacher in this era, I don’t have a spare moment. But timing, fate, and coincidence collided at just the right time. I had 3 months to refinance my home, rates had just bottomed out (couldn’t be better), and I hadn’t a clue where to go. So I opened up just one email from someone I did not know, before it hit the “trash.” My curiosity peaked; I made a phone call to Jim, who immediately roped me in.  After one meeting, I was convinced that he would take care of everything for me and I would get an education at the same time.
From start to finish, (and it was just that quick), Jim secured the best rate for me, reduced my mortgage payments in a big way, and it was painless! I kept waiting for the bottom to drop out, and I would see the “catch.” But I’m done, have the new mortgage and no payments for 2 months, and there were no surprises.
Yes, timing was right, but more so, Jim was knowledgeable, professional, and was keyed into what teachers are all about. While filling out a form at our first meeting, he asked “How much do you make?” and chuckled when I told him I hadn’t a clue. He explained that most of the teachers he has worked with, didn’t know. He commented that he realized that teaching is from the heart and not the wallet; he knew teachers. This was a good sign.
When asked to write a testimonial letter, I didn’t hesitate. No doubt this was a great experience. Sometimes, good things just work out for no reason; they just do.

I highly recommend Jim Clemente with Teachers’ Financial as a mortgage consultant. I recently started a refinance with a large mortgage company (the one I had my original mortgage with). The process was painful, to say the least. The process was taking forever and they kept adding on closing costs and requesting more documents. I finally decided to check out what Jim had to offer. He was very straightforward and made the entire process simple. He answered all of my questions and explained everything so that I could understand it. The entire process only took two and a half weeks from the first phone call till closing! Jim not only provided the best product, he also provided outstanding service. Considering this, I have no problem enthusiastically recommending Jim to anyone.

I have purchased five homes and I have learned that mortgages are very different. I have also learned that rates, fees and costs vary widely. With that in mind, I shopped several different lenders and found that Jim offered the best rate through his educator’s program. He was also able to provide the lowest overall fees.
